Supply Chain Information Systems

The Supply Chain Information System (SCIS) is the gateway to a range of HealthShare NSW applications. These applications are accessible by accredited users.

Health Quality Reporting System

The Health Quality Reporting System (HQRS) is a state-wide registry of clinical product quality concerns accessed by Local Health Districts and other health agencies.

The HQRS facilitates the central reporting and transmissions of reports to:

  • Suppliers and manufacturers
  • HealthShare NSW Tendering and Contracting  and Contract Management Teams
  • Therapeutic Goods Administration.

Clinical Product Evaluation Registry

The Clinical Product Evaluation Registry (CPER) is comprised of two modules, one specific for clinical consumables and the other for equipment.

These systems facilitate the receipt, through a web gateway, of product information from Suppliers for clinical evaluation purposes and the central recording of evaluation results. Information on this system is accessible state-wide by accredited users only.

NSW eTendering (NSW Health Gateway)

The NSW electronic tendering system, known as the NSW Health Gateway, lists all tender-related entries by NSW Health Public Health Organisations for all to view. This includes upcoming, current and closed business opportunities for NSW Health with links to other NSW Government agencies.

Prospective Tenderers can register, search, view and download tenders and upload tender responses.

The eTendering system may also be used to generate tendering activities reports.

This website is managed by the Department of Finance and Services.
