PSC graduate program
Through the PSC Graduate Program, we provide the opportunity for graduates to work with us for six months alongside business lines and take ownership of projects that are meaningful to their career aspirations. Graduates work alongside our senior leaders and executives and attend network events to experience a dynamic, robust and meaningful career opportunity.

Our People Our Talent program
This is an opportunity for employees who have been identified as high performing and high potential to be accredited in Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt through Executive endorsed projects over a 12 month period. This is coupled with workshops designed specifically to further enhance individual capabilities of an emerging leader, one on one coaching and a catch up with the Chief Executive to help participants navigate their next career steps.
Mentoring program
Our mentoring program offers staff the opportunity to be matched with a mentor and take part in a six-month program of workshops and one-to-one sessions. The program provides the opportunity for staff to develop their skills, increase their confidence and get a broader perspective about how different parts of the business operate.
Leadership programs
We are highly committed to supporting our leaders’ growth and development and have a range of leadership programs that promote a positive, constructive workplace culture. Leadership opportunities include 360 degree surveys and coaching, senior leader forums, mentoring, leadership workshops, a leader integration program and MasterClasses on targeted topics aimed at increasing capability in areas identified in our culture surveys.
Online training courses
We offer staff a range of compulsory and voluntary free online courses through our Learning Management System. These include Emotional Intelligence courses, People Management People courses, Strategic Time Management and Financial Management courses just to name a few.
Aboriginal development program
We offer Aboriginal staff the opportunity to build their skills and experience through the Aboriginal Development Program. Participants develop a career development plan, complete short courses, get assistance with resume development and interview coaching, and participate in a range of other development opportunities.
