To recognise the wonderful nurses that work at HealthShare NSW, Chief Executive Carmen Rechbauer visited the North Ryde Patient Transport Service (PTS) Hub and 1 Reserve Road to thank some of our nurses for the work that they do.

Patient Transport Nurse Helen Willey said it was a pleasure to meet Carmen on International Nurses Day.

"International Nurses Day means nurses are recognised worldwide for the care and support they give not only to their patients, but to their families as well," Helen said.

Throughout HealthShare NSW, nurses provide care and support for many of our staff, colleagues and patients.

To all nurses, we say thank you. The work you do makes a real difference to the lives of others, which was especially clear during the past year, and is greatly appreciated.
